This course is an introduction to the basic concepts of probability and
statistics. The textbook we will use is Probability and Statistical
Inference 8th edition, by Hogg and Tanis. We will cover chapters 1-6 in the
text and time permitting parts of chapters 7.
COURSE DESCRIPTION and TEXT
The final will be held on Tuesday Dec 9 period 4. Calculators are
not allowed and Student ID's will be required.
