The syllabus contains information regarding grading policy, text book, the instructor, the TAs, dates of exams, etc.
In this link I will indicate the sections covered in class and suggested exercises from the book. It'll be update it each night after class.
The exam 1 will take place on Wednesday February 1st during recitation. This link contains a practice exam. The exam will be on sections 9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 11.5, 11.6 and 11.7
The exam 2 will take place on Wednesday February 22nd during recitation. This link contains a practice exam. The exam will be on Chapter 12.
The exam 3 will take place on Monday March 12th during recitation. This link contains a practice exam. The exam will be on Chapter 1 of Lay.
The exam 3 will take place on Monday April 9th during recitation. This link contains a practice exam. The exam will be on sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.8, 2.9, 3.1 and 3.2 of Lay.
The exam 3 will take place on Wednesday April 18th during recitation. This link contains a practice exam. The exam will be on sections 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 6.1 of Lay.
To practice for the final use the 5 practice exams, the 5 exams, and in addition, work on as many problems from sections 6.2, 6.3, 6.4 and 6.5 as you can.
