The Director of Teaching Effectiveness (DOTE) is here to facilitate the
success of faculty members in their roles as educators.
The DOTE is mainly concerned with untenured faculty, but is available
to all instructors of classes, including
tenured faculty, postdoctoral fellows, and visitors.
