To get to Atlanta, fly to the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

The subway in Atlanta is called the MARTA. It is a fast and convenient way to get from the airport to Georgia Tech. There is a MARTA stop inside the airport main terminal; take any train, then get off at the North Avenue station. You will then be across the freeway from Georgia Tech.

Taxis and cars

It's usually much cheaper to take a Lyft or an Uber than a taxi. A car can get you from the airport to Georgia Tech in about 15 minutes without traffic, but during rush hour it's generally faster to take the MARTA.
