The table below lists all the NSF VIGRE sites, since the inception of the program. They are listed by year in which the program starts.
The second column lists the last Academic Year in which that VIGRE program will be recruiting personel into the program. In the Fall of 2002, Brown University will be recruiting the last group of graduate students to be supported in part by a VIGRE grant. So it should have some number (typically six) graduate fellowships, with stipend of $20,000/yr. You would have to check with that department to be sure though.
