There was an error in the date of Test 2 in the syllabus. The date was March 31, which is a Tuesday.
The new date of Test 2 is March 30.

Homework Assignment #1 is due on Monday, February 3. The assignment covers Sections 27, 28, 29

Test 1 is on Monday, February 17. It will cover Sections 27-32. You can have a one
single sided page of notes during the test.

As you know, Georgia Tech will operate in a distance format through the end of the semester. The procedures about the delivery of lectures and testing are being worked out. I will be updating you about them. Since our class is small, handling homework assignments should be easy. There may be other procedure available to submit homework, however it will be the easiest if you just send me pdf files of your papers by e-mail. The deadline of homework assignment #3 is moved to March 30, however I will not be enforcing strict deadlines so if you need more time, please let me know. It is also likely that the date of Test 2 will be moved. I will let you know as soon as the situation becomes clearer. Please communicate with me and ask questions by e-mail. I hope everybody will stay healthy and we will finish the course with no problems.
