Hint for 8.13: (the first is in P and the second is NP-Complete)
Hint for 8.20: Reduce Vertex Cover to this problem; over each edge (u,v), introduce a new vertex e and join e to both u and v;
now relate Vertex Cover in the original graph to Dom. Set in this new graph.
