I based part of the code on one file from the latest MIT-kerberos, this has the unfortunate side effect of restricting free distribution of this module... I'll look into fixing this (getting rid of that part of the code) in the future.
In order to get this module, you need to be legally (by the US laws) able to download this software. In other words you must be within the US to download and use this software and agree to comply with the US export regulations that apply to this software. You are implicitly agreeing to this by downloading this software. As a partial reference (and to comply with it) I include here the legal part from the source file I used:
Part of this code was derived from MIT kerberos, this apply to that part of the code (one file):

(ADITIONAL) DISCLAIMER: By downloading this software you're agreeing to comply to the user agreement on the sources, and website of MIT for the relevant code (derived from MIT kerberos) and to the US laws that refer to this kind of software. I'm not a lawyer, and if there is any discrepancy between what is in this site or the sources, and the real licensing terms, the real terms are the binding ones. It's your responsability to read them and comply them. This is just intended as a reminder to you that there are restrictions on it, and its intended to give you an idea on what those restrictions are, but it might be inaccurate or incomplete.
Once you accept, you'll get the latest stable version. Currently: pam_krb5-20030516.1.tar.gz.
